EZWrap Pro Utility Installer.
Comfortable in your hand and easy to use. Crafted from the same aircraft grade T-6 aluminum as our other EZWrap Pro installers, with a solid 1" aluminum hub supporting the high density foam roller, this is a tool that can be used in a variety of circumstances during your installation. Used with a heat gun or torch, it can lay down rivet lines, and the side axle support design allows it to snug up next to an edge to complete a rivet line or just secure the vinyl at a corner edge without the supports hitting the side walls or scratching the vinyl. The handle can be used to hang it in your pocket when not in use. Now the EZWrap Pro Utility comes with one GeekWraps® 4 Inch Soft Edge Squeegee.
Replacement roller (sold separately) includes the solid aluminum hub and the slide on -not in use- roller protective cover.

EZ Wrap Pro.
Invented by Geek Wraps specialty wrap tool development engineer, and tested in the field for 3 years, this revolutionary new tool will lay down your wrap over rivets and textured surfaces in record time. One hand, two motions; heat and roll. You'll never look at rivets and wall wraps the same way again. Think of it as a portable hand laminator, like used in many of your shops, it uses a rubber roller allowing you to apply adhesive backed vinyls to vertical substrates.
The EZ Wrap Pro is precision CNC milled from aircraft grade T-6 aluminum, a solid 1" aluminum hub supports the high density foam roller which is attached with a hardened steel axle. The tool slips onto an industry standard quick fire tank and tightens in place with a hardened steel bolt. Small and medium tools fit the convenient 5.45 oz. tank, the large is made to fit the full size 16.92 oz. tank.
Lightweight and easy to handle, the small size works great for all those normal size rivets on box trucks and aluminum trailers. Choose the medium tool for larger rivets, covering emblems, textured areas, moldings, etc. Pull out the large and get it all done, heat and roll protrusions and obstacles on RV's and other vehicles, then take it to the textured indoor/outdoor walls and put banner size wraps directly on knockdown, stucco, cinderblock, brick, etc. (Torch and tank not included, sold separately at your local home center or hardware store) |

Wrap Juice.
Wrap Juice will eliminate abrasiveness and allow your fingers to glide easily and effortlessly over warmed wrap vinyl while pressing and setting the vinyl to the surfaces. By using this technique, it is possible to read the vinyl and feel any wrinkles or bubbles developing and work them out before folding or wrinkling the warm vinyl. By laying it on in one shot and not having to lift and reapply, it keeps the vinyl from overworking and losing its' adhesive quality and memory shape. It is best used while installing high quality cast vinyl with an air egress glue system in complex areas. Also works great with reflective cast installations. Comes equipped with a soft edge micro detail squeegee.Be sure to check out our complex area wrap series tutorial videos from the training link at the top of this page for several methods using Geek Wraps Wrap Juice.

Cherry Weights.
Buy yourself an extra set of hands. Cherry weights are custom hand-made from high grade cowhide, filled with lead and finished with our signature strapping. They run approximately 11inch length with a 6inch diameter and a hefty 6 lbs each. These custom weights will have custom uses in your shop. Hold the vinyl while you tighten your rolls of printed media before laminating. Hold your vinyl firmly in place on the table while you cut, trim, tile or weed. Use them to keep your print on the table and off the floor as it comes out of the printer. Keep your rolled prints from unrolling onto the floor. Wrapping a fiberglass hood? Line up your graphic and hold it in place while you stick the starting point of the vinyl. Whenever you need another hand or helper, grab a Cherry Weight.
